As a family ran business we aim to provide a reliable, professional service and appreciate prompt payment on completion.

If payment is not received within 7 days of the invoice date, we’ll issue a reminder. In cases where payment remains outstanding, further steps including referral to a debt collection agency or legal channels may be taken to recover the amount owed. This could increase the amount owed.

We appreciate your cooperation in keeping things running smoothly for all our customers.

Charges listed but not limited to:

Customer no show/failure to attend  £40

*Without 24 hours notice

Appliance in unsafe condition to complete sweep £25

*Charge incurred when installation installed incorrectly, with faulty parts or no adequate access

Appliance recently used and at high temperature thus unable to sweep £40

*Charge incurred when parts too hot to remove/handle
